  • Garlic: There are some components in the garlic which are reducing the risk of getting blood clots such as adenosine, paraffinic sulfide and allicin. There are some studies in which I s shown that people who have consumed garlic as their natural treatment have reduced the risk of getting venous clot. But if you are taking garlic together with prescription anticoagulant, then you are increasing the risk of getting blood clots.
