If you want to make remedy from garlic, then you will need to fry two crushed garlic cloves in one tablespoon of sesame oil. After you have mixed the garlic and sesame oil, let it to straighten and cool. You should put two or three drops of this mixture in your ear canal. Ginger for tinnitus

Also if you want to relief yourself from ear pain, then you should drink fresh pineapple juice.

Pumpkin for tinnitus

Pumpkin is rich with Vitamin A. Doctors are recommending for their patients to eat food which is rich with Vitamin A, because it helps in tinnitus treatment [7]. If you have Vitamin A deficiency, then this could be reason for tinnitus or other ear problems. Vitamin A is essential for inner ear (cochlea) which is responsible for reception and transmission of the sounds. You should include pumpkin in your soup or salad. You also can have it streamed, grilled, stuffed, stir-fried or in baked dishes.

Walnuts for tinnitus

You should take some walnuts and soak them in salt water for 30 minutes. Let it dry. Stir-fry them on low heat until they are crunchy and crispy. You should take ½ ounce of these prepared walnuts every morning. This will improve your listening and help you in tinnitus treatment.

Black cohosh for tinnitus
