15 Natural Remedies for Rosacea

This is an inflammatory skin condition which manifests in a red rash of the chin, forhead, cheeks, nose and even the eyes and chest. These legions often include red, small and puss – filled bumps which is a reason why the rosacea is confused with acne in many cases. But rosacea is not producing blackheads or whiteheads like the acne. It is rarely appearing in the adolescent years.

Typically, this condition develops during the person’s 30s and 40s. It is beginning with a slight pinkish blush to the skin which is progressing into permanent thickening of the skin and redness, especially on the nose area if it is left untreated. Oatmeal

Flaxseed oil

This is a very popular home remedy for rosacea. It is rich in fatty acids that are very important part of the healthy diet. They can help to reduce the inflammation in the body. You should consume one teaspoon of flaxseed oil 3 times per day.

Salmon

It is rich in Omega – 3 fatty acids which can help to reduce the symptoms of rosacea.
