These types of cysts are fluid filled pockets or sacs which develop within or on the surface of one or both a woman’s ovaries. Most women will develop at least one cyst at some point of their lives. There was one study in which was said that most postmenopausal women have ovarian cysts at one or more times in their lives, while up to 14.8% of women have ovarian cysts after the menopause . Most ovarian cysts are considered functional. This means that they happen normally during the menstrual cycle and they are not a part of a disease process. These cysts are usually benign and they happen without any apparent reason. Also there are pathological cysts which can be benign or cancerous. There are many cases when women are not aware that they have ovarian cysts because in the most cases they do not have problems.
Also there are some cases when ovarian cysts can cause symptoms like vomiting, nausea, pressure in the rectum or bladder, pain in the lower back or thighs, pain during sex, pelvic pain before or during the menstrual cycle, menstrual irregularities, pain during bowel movements and abdominal bloating. You should put a heating pad or hot water bottle on your abdomen and lower pelvic area. You should do this home remedy for at least fifteen minutes. You should follow this home remedy whenever you experience pain in the abdomen if you want to get quick relief.
Flaxseed: This home remedy can help to balance the proportion of estrogen to progesterone in the body. Also it can help to reduce the ovarian cysts. Also it is rich in fiber which can help to body to eliminate the harmful toxins, cholesterol and other waste products which are processed by the liver . You should mix one tablespoon of ground flaxseed in one glass of warm water. You should drink this home remedy on daily basis on an empty stomach until you notice improvements in your condition. Also you can add ground flaxseeds to salads, soups, smoothies and yogurt.
Ginger: This home remedy has a strong anti – inflammatory properties which can help to relieve pain and reduce inflammation . Also it can increase the heat in the body and it can induce menstruation.
