The rapeseed oil has many health benefits, such as supports the respiratory system; support bone and joint health; supports cardiovascular health; strengthen the immune system; promote weight loss; support eye, skin, and hair health; supports brain health. The rapeseed oil is produced from the black seeds of the rapeseed plants.

The scientific name of the rapeseed plant is Brassica napus. It comes from the same family of plants, such as cauliflower, broccoli, and cabbage. When the rapeseed oil is compared to other vegetable oils, then it can be said that it has the least levels of saturated fat. When it is compared with the olive oil, then it has only half of the amount of saturated fat.

In many cases, the rapeseed oil is compared to the olive oil but it has been shown that this is better for cooking due to its higher smoking point. This means that it can withstand higher temperatures without becoming toxic, unlike olive oil. This is a reason why you should cook with the rapeseed oil.
