Amazing natural treatment & home remedies for lipoma

The lipoma is a benign lump which is formed under the skin due to the overgrowth of fat cells. The lipoma can happen anywhere on the body where the fat cells are. The lipoma is soft and rounder or lobulated and it is easy to move around. In the most cases, lipomas are relatively small. The most common risk factors for lipomas include: genetics, since lipoma tends to run in families; and being between the ages of 40 and 60 years old. Usually, for the apple cider vinegar is recommended to be mixed with other ingredients and to be used as a home remedy for the lipoma. You should warm one glass of warm water (12 – 16 ounces). You should mix two tablespoons apple cider vinegar, two tablespoons lemon juice, ½ – 1 teaspoon ground ginger, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, one dash cayenne pepper and one teaspoon raw and local honey. This natural cure is best to be drink when it is warm, but you can drink it at the desired temperature. You should drink this home remedy on daily basis because it will help you in the treatment of lipoma.

Eat more Omega – 3 rich foods

You should not eat unhealthy fats in your diet. You should add healthy fats in your diet, especially Omega – 3 fatty acids which are known for their anti – inflammatory and health boosting properties. There are some studies in which are shown that the sufficient high intakes of Omega – 3 fatty acids, like those found in the fish oil and oily fish, can help to reduce the production of inflammatory eicosanoids, cytokines and reactive oxygen species, and the expression of adhesion molecules. The richest sources of Omega – 3 fatty acids are hemp seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, walnuts, sardines and wild – caught salmon.

Turmeric

You can make an ointment with turmeric. You should mix one teaspoon of turmeric together with two to three tablespoons of neem oil or flaxseed oil. You should put this natural cure on the lipoma. You will notice that your skin will turn a bit orange or yellow due to the turmeric. You should cover the lipoma with a bandage to protect your clothes. Turmeric is used a lot in the Ayurvedic medicine as a home remedy for lipoma. For making a paste, you should add one to two tablespoons of cooled green tea instead of neem or flaxseed oil to the turmeric. Thuja occidentalis

Eat more fish

It is known that the fish has healthy amounts of Omega – 3 fatty acids and a good quality protein. Omega – 3 fatty acids can help to decrease the inflammation and it can help to limit the growth of lipomas. Tuna and salmon are excellent sources of Omega – 3 fatty acids, as well as high in protein. You can use one to two tablespoons of cooled green tea instead of neem or flaxseed oil to make a paste.

Switch to organic foods

You should eat organic foods as much as possible. When your switch your diet to organic foods, then it can reduce the number of preservatives and additives which you eat. The liver will be able to focus on removing the toxins which are stored in the lipoma’s fatty tissue. Avoid unhealthy fats

The lipoma is an accumulation of fatty tissue, so it is recommended avoiding unhealthy fats in your diet, especially trans fats.
