Eat more Omega – 3 rich foods

You should not eat unhealthy fats in your diet. There are some studies in which are shown that the sufficient high intakes of Omega – 3 fatty acids, like those found in the fish oil and oily fish, can help to reduce the production of inflammatory eicosanoids, cytokines and reactive oxygen species, and the expression of adhesion molecules.
