Also they have nicotinic acid and proteins which can stimulate the hair growth. You should soak one cup of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. In the morning, you should grind them to make a paste. You should apply this paste to your hair and you should cover it with a shower cap. After 40 minutes, you should rinse your hair. You should follow this natural treatment every morning in a period of one month.

Indian gooseberry: You can use Indian gooseberry as your natural treatment for natural and fast hair growth. It is rich in Vitamin C.
