Also, this is a very effective home remedy for baldness, hair loss, and dandruff. In one cup of milk, you should add one tablespoon of ground licorice root and a quarter teaspoon of saffron. You should mix these ingredients thoroughly. You should apply this home remedy on the bald patches before you go to bed and let it stay there throughout the night. In the morning, you should wash your hair. You should follow this natural treatment once or twice a week. Also, you can take licorice root internally in a form of licorice tea, and you should drink it 3 times per day.

Flaxseeds

This home remedy is a rich source of Omega – 3 fatty acids, and it can help to prevent further hair loss, and it can encourage hair growth. You should consume one tablespoon of freshly ground flaxseeds with one glass of water on a daily basis and do this in the morning. Onion juice

You should repeat some of the mentioned home remedies with onion juice 2 or 3 times a week in a period of several weeks.

Fenugreek

This is a very effective home remedy for treating hair loss. Fenugreek seeds have hormone antecedents which can enhance the hair growth, and it can rebuild hair follicles [5]. Also, they have nicotinic acid and proteins which can stimulate the hair growth. You should soak one cup of fenugreek seeds in water overnight. In the morning, you should grind them to make a paste. You should apply this paste to your hair, and you should cover it with a shower cap. After 40 minutes, you should rinse your hair. You should follow this natural treatment every morning for a period of one month.

Indian gooseberry

You can use Indian gooseberry as your natural treatment for natural and fast hair growth. It is rich in Vitamin C. There are some cases when a deficiency of Vitamin C can lead to hair loss. You can use beetroot juice as your natural treatment for hair loss because it has Vitamin C, Vitamin B, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, protein, and carbohydrates. These nutrients are very important for healthy hair growth. You should include fresh beetroot juice in your diet. Also, you can drink carrot juice, lettuce juice, alfalfa juice, or spinach juice because they will keep your hair healthy.
