Vomiting is one of the most common problems for adults and children. This is a natural reflux of the body as a reaction to some diseases or conditions of your body. Apple cider vinegar: This is one of the best home remedies for nausea because it can help you to ease the queasy feeling. It can help you to calm your stomach and also it aids detoxification [2]. Also this home remedy helps in treating food poisoning because it has antimicrobial properties. You should mix one tablespoon of honey with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in one glass of water. You should drink this home remedy. You should repeat this natural treatment as much as you need. There are some cases in which the smell of vomit can cause more vomiting. Dilute one teaspoon of vinegar in ½ cup of water. You should rinse your mouth with this mixture. This will freshen your breath and it will prevent further vomiting.

Mint: This natural cure will give you a relief from vomiting, especially when this condition is caused by upset stomach [3]. In one cup of hot water you should add one tablespoon of dried mint leaves. You should allow it steep for five to ten minutes. You should strain and drink the mint tea. Also if you have fresh mint leaves in your home, then you can chew them. There is a third natural cure which you can use from mint. You should mix one tablespoon of honey, one teaspoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of mint juice. This is a soothing natural cure for vomiting. You should drink this home remedy 3 times per day.

Cinnamon: Cinnamon is also known as dalchini. It can help you to calm your stomach and also it will treat vomiting and nausea which are caused by digestive problems [4]. You should add ½ or one teaspoon of cinnamon powder in one cup of boiling water. If you do not have cinnamon powder, then you can use a cinnamon stick. You should allow this home remedy to steep for few minutes and then you should strain the water. If you want, you can add one tablespoon of honey in it. You should sip this home remedy slowly. You should know that pregnant women should not consume this home remedy.

Rice water: Rice water can help you to alleviate nausea, especially when this condition is caused by gastritis. While you are preparing rice water, you should use white rice and not the brown rice because it is rich in starch and it is easier to be digested. In a one and a half cup of water you should boil a cup of rice. You should strain this home remedy. You should drink the rice water.

Ginger: This home remedy is good for your digestive system. It works as a natural anti – emetic to prevent vomiting [5]. You should mix one teaspoon of lemon juice and one teaspoon of ginger juice and you should consume this home remedy several times per day. Also you can try some ginger tea with a small amount of honey or you can eat some fresh ginger slices with or without honey.

Cumin: One of the easiest and best home remedies which you can use for vomiting is cumin. This natural cure is stimulating the secretion of pancreatic enzymes and it is very effective natural treatment when the vomiting is caused by digestive problems. In warm water you should mix ½ teaspoon of ground cumin seeds. Drink this home remedy. Also you can mix a pinch of nutmeg and one teaspoon of cumin seeds in one cup of boiling water and you should let this mixture to steep for a few minutes. You should strain this mixture and then you should drink it. Also you can add one teaspoon of honey and you should take this home remedy slowly.

In one cup of boiling water you should add one tablespoon of crushed fennel seeds and you should allow this mixture to steep for ten minutes. You should strain and drink this home remedy once or twice per day. Also you can chew a teaspoon of fennel seeds because they can help you to combat the vomiting.

Sugar and salt for repairing the electrolyte imbalance: When you have continuous vomiting, then this can be dangerous because it can remove essential nutrients from your body and this will create fluid imbalance. Sugar and salt mixture is a simple home remedy which can help you to remove these problems. You should take a tablespoon of sugar with a pinch of salt. You should add them to a glass of water and then you should drink this home remedy. This home remedy will make you sure that your imbalances are corrected and your vomiting stops.

You should consume this home remedy at regular intervals to cure this condition. Also there is another natural cure which you can make. You should mix ½ teaspoon cup of onion juice and 2 teaspoons of honey. You should consume one tablespoon of this natural cure. You should repeat this home remedy as much as you need.

Sweet fruit juice: You should slowly sip on a cup of fresh fruit juice as soon as you experience the first wave of nausea. When you drink something immediately, then this will ensure you that something will go into your stomach and you are not left retching at the sink. This natural treatment will help to curb the vomiting sensation.

Smell an orange: You should take a few whiffs of a freshly removed peel of an orange. The smell of these peels will immediately curb the vomiting sensation.

Drink plenty of water: There are severe bouts of nausea which can be dangerous for your body. When you have loss of water from your body, then this can lead to intense dehydration and resultant symptoms. You should drink a lot of water every day because in this you will prevent your body from getting dehydration. In this way your fluid balance will remain intact. Vomiting is natural way of your body to remove the waste build up in your body. You are also facilitating the process by drinking a lot of water and flushing out the toxins. In the most cases this is all you need for stopping your vomiting.

Plain bread: This is a very effective home remedy for vomiting, especially if you are experiencing it from a hangover. You should chew on some raw pieces of bread to prevent the vomiting from a hangover.

Lemon juice: Lemon juice is fortified with all right nutrients and vitamins which can halt vomiting with a single dose. Lemon juice has Vitamin B, calcium, magnesium, proteins, Vitamin C and other nutrients which are a great ways by which you can revive the energy which you lost after a fit of vomiting. [6]

Bananas: When we are experiencing vomiting, then we are not likely to eat nothing. It is a good idea to have very small bites of mashed banana. This will help you to stop vomiting and diarrhea and this will also give you energy if you are feeling week.
