Here are some natural treatments for body inflammation:

Cinnamon

This is a popular spice that is made from the bark of the cinnamon tree that is native to India, China, and Southeast Asia. It has anti-inflammatory properties which can help to treat the inflammation in your body. This home remedy goes well with stews, soups, breakfast grains, drinks, and desserts. Also, pre-made apple pie or pumpkin pie spice mixes well with cinnamon.

Avoid Sugary Beverages

These foods can worsen the symptoms of body inflammation, so you should not consume them. Examples include fruit juices and sugar-sweetened drinks.

Avoid Desserts
