Tea tree oil is also known as Melaleuca essential oil. Its health benefits can be attributed to the properties as sudorific, stimulant, insecticide, fungicide, antibacterial, expectorant, cicatrisant, balsamic, antiviral, antiseptic and antimicrobial substance.
