    Ingredients

    1. Cut all chicken strips in half.
    2. In a medium bowl, combine garlic powder, pepper, sea salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, and cassava flour.
    3. In a separate bowl, you should pour in hot sauce. (Optional for additional taste).
    4. Drip the floured chicken with hot sauce. (Optional for additional taste).
    5. Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and coat both sides of the chicken with the flour mixture.
    6. Put it all in a pan and cook for 6 – 7 minutes.
    7. Add butter to the pan and flip the chicken.
    8. Cook the second side for 6 – 7 minutes until it is cooked through.
    9. Remove it from the heat and add the additional hot sauce as needed.
    10. Serve it hot, and enjoy it.
