Ingredients
- 450 g Chicken tenders (strips, about 1 lb)
- ½ cup Cassava flour
- ¼ cup Ghee
- 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Salt (sea salt)
- ½ cup Hot sauce (optional if you want additional taste)

Instructions
- Cut all chicken strips in half.
- In a medium bowl, combine garlic powder, pepper, sea salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, and cassava flour.
- In a separate bowl, you should pour in hot sauce. (Optional for additional taste).
- Drip the floured chicken with hot sauce. (Optional for additional taste).
- Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and coat both sides of the chicken with the flour mixture.
- Put it all in a pan and cook for 6 – 7 minutes.
- Add butter to the pan and flip the chicken.
- Cook the second side for 6 – 7 minutes until it is cooked through.
- Remove it from the heat and add the additional hot sauce as needed.
- Serve it hot, and enjoy it.
