You should do this natural treatment once or twice per day until the rash is gone. Also you can prepare a thick paste with equal amounts of plain yogurt and oatmeal with a little honey. It can help to restore the pH balance of your skin and it can help to prevent breakouts of perioral dermatitis. You should apply fresh Aloe Vera gel several times per day in a period of few weeks. Also you can put four tablespoons of pure Aloe Vera gel in a small glass container. You should mix five drops of tea tree essential oil and five drops of lavender essential oil. Also it has strong anti – inflammatory properties that will give you a relief from the inflamed and blotchy red skin and painful rash. You should dilute raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar with an equal amount of mineral water. You should soak a cotton ball in this home remedy and you should apply it on the affected area. You should rinse it off after twenty minutes. Then, apply some jojoba oil or olive oil for moisturization. You should do this natural treatment two or three times per day for at least one or two weeks. If you want to help your skin to heal from inside out, then you should add one to two teaspoons of raw and unfiltered apple cider vinegar to one glass of lukewarm water. You should drink this home remedy once or twice per day. If you have sensitive skin, then you should dilute the vinegar even more before you use it on your face.
Calendula: This is a simple and effective home remedy which you can use for the treatment of perioral dermatitis. Also it can speed up the healing and it can keep the skin properly moisturized. You should put one ounce of pure shea butter in a mason jar. You should put this jar in a pan with little water and you should heat it over low heat until the shea butter melts. You should remove it from the heat and then add three to five drops of calendula essential oil. You should mix it well and let it set for one to two hours. You should use it as a cream two or three times per day in a period of few weeks.
