This condition is also known as periorificial dermatitis. This is a type of inflammatory rash which can appear on the facial skin around your mouth.

You should rinse it off after twenty minutes. Then, apply some jojoba oil or olive oil for moisturization. You should do this natural treatment two or three times per day for at least one or two weeks.
